Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:

 <li>Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out bulbs)</li>
</ul>
Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty within the specified time frame.
Wreaths, Greenery &amp; Décor
Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.
Fresh and Preserved Greenery
Because of its perishable nature, fresh and preserved greenery is not guaranteed. You have 3 days from delivery receipt to inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage.
